Silver Plate Regimental Drum Coin Bank - different!

This is truly a beautiful item.  It is a coin bank fashioned to resemble a regimental drum, complete with drum sticks.  The heads, rims, twisted wire tie downs and drum sticks are all of silver plated metal. The body is a cobalt blue, thick, plexiglass cylindrical insert.   Resting on toop of the drum are the padded  , crossed drum sticks.  On the bottom is stamped:  "Leonard silver plate."  This drum bank is three and on half inches tall by three and one eighth inches in diameter.  I have not polished this item, but rather have left it with the distinct silver patina, as some prefer this.

This bank is a great conversation piece and would be a wonderful gift for someone in a band or drum and bugle corps.
